How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and production, plus additional shipping time depending on your location.

When will I receive tracking information?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at therecaproom@outlook.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery at therecaproom@outlook.com with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly replace it.

Digital Products

Can I return or exchange digital products?
No. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access. If you experience issues with your download, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
